The VF5 Voltage Detector is a versatile contact voltage detector used to safely check for the presence of AC voltages. With both low voltage (12 V to 1000 V) and medium voltage (100 V to 1000 V) ranges, the non-contact VF5 includes a bright LED torch for poor light conditions.

It is is suitable for a wide range of tasks:

• Identifying live conductors
• Detecting AC voltage at socket outlets
• Verifying a break in a conductor
• Finding a break in a conductor
• Verifying a blown fuse while in circuit
• Indicating AC voltage at switches, circuits breakers, fuses, cables & luminaries

Providing visual audible and vibration warning, the VF5 utilises a bright red LED fixed within the white nylon tip in addition to a built-in vibration alert feature and audible sounder. The durable rubber over-moulded body is rated IP67 for increased user safety.
