We calibrate a wide range of instruments, including multimeters, clamp meters, insulation and continuity testers, loop testers, RCD testers, and PAT testers. If your device isn’t listed, contact us. We can often accommodate specialist or combined testers too.

How long does the calibration process take?

Standard turnaround is typically 3–5 working days,but we also offer express and same-day calibration on request. You’ll be notified as soon as your instrument is ready for collection or return delivery.

Do you provide a UKAS-traceable calibration certificate?

Yes. Every calibration includes a full UKAS-traceable certificate confirming that your equipment meets national standards. This document can be used for audits, compliance records and quality assurance purposes.

Can I send my instruments by post or courier?

Absolutely. You can either drop your tester off, arrange collection or send it by courier. We carefully inspect, calibrate and return all instruments using secure tracked delivery.

How often should my electrical test equipment be calibrated?

Most manufacturers recommend calibration every 12 months to maintain accuracy and comply with industry standards. However, frequency may vary depending on how often and in what conditions your equipment is used.

What happens if my instrument fails calibration?

If your tester is found to be outside tolerance, we’ll contact you before proceeding. In many cases, adjustments or minor repairs can bring it back within limits. We’ll always provide a quote before carrying out additional work.
